I happen to listen to the radio quite a bit and it is pretty clear even with the bad reception.the company also did a really good job when it came to shipping the product out. Unfortunately I live in an area that is not very good for radio waves to begin with, but it is not bad. I usually don't like it when they lie about the shipping times, but for cases like these, I am happy to make exceptions. Personally, I really like this product. It is designed well in a visually appealing way and the sound quality is pretty good, especially with CD's in my opinion. I was told that it would take nearly 4 - 7 days before delivery but I got it the very next morning.
Overall a nice, straight forward purchase. This little guy did just the trick. It was surprisingly difficult to find a small, simple CD player (that looked nice) that had a repeat function so the music would run throughout the night. Simple to use, compact, and in a variety of colors (our little girl picked out the red). We were looking for a simple to use CD player for our toddler's bedroom to help her sleep at night. Her last clock radio/CD stopped working and we needed a replacement. We've had it for a month now and it works great.
He uses it nearly every day to listen to music. We haven't had any mechanical issues at all. I like that the sound is clear, even at very low levels, like bedtime, so that my son can listen to his music and still make out the words, even though it's quiet. It's just okay, and if that were my purpose for writing this review, I'd drop it by a star.
It's great for kids and I'd imagine would be great for a college student as well. It doesn't take up much room and I like the red color. Overall, I'm impressed with it.This CD player would be perfect anywhere space is at a premium. He loves it. It has held up surprisingly well, even having been dropped down the staircase once. We primarily use it for the CD playing, however, we've also checked out the radio as well. It works great and plays well every time we use it.
It's not a primary red, but instead a slight bit deeper. We purchased this CD player for my 4 year old son about 10 months ago. My one year old daughter knows how to put a CD in and press play. The sound quality does go down a little bit when it's blasting, and it can get pretty loud.
Don't buy this brand, even though I thought it was one of the higher rated ones when I was looking. It is humming and won't play music, even plugged in, as if the motor itself is defective. I am VERY unhappy with my purchase. It has been used less than two months and is already not working. I want my money back.
She loves it and uses it evey day. I got this radio for my 5 year-old for Christmas. It is easy to operate and small enough to fit in her crowded room.
